Refund Policy

1. Subscription Plans
ZIDFIT offers paid subscription plans (Pro and Elite). Upon registration, you choose your plan and pay securely via Razorpay. Your account is activated instantly after successful payment. If payment fails, your account will not be activated until payment is completed.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Within 7 days of first payment: Full refund available if you are not satisfied with the Platform
- Service outage: Pro-rated refund for documented downtime exceeding 24 consecutive hours
- Billing errors: Full refund for any incorrect charges or duplicate payments
- Feature unavailability: Partial refund if a core feature becomes permanently unavailable
3. Non-Refundable Cases
- Requests made after 7 days from payment date
- Partial month usage after the refund window
- Account termination due to terms violation
- Third-party integration costs
- Custom development or setup fees
4. How to Request a Refund
- Email us at refunds@zidfit.in with your account details
- Include your subscription ID and reason for refund
- Our team will review your request within 2 business days
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be applied after cancellation. Your data will be retained for 30 days after the billing period ends, after which it will be permanently deleted.
