1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ZIDFIT's AI Gym Operating System platform, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Platform.

2. Description of Service

ZIDFIT provides an AI-powered Gym Operating System that includes membership management, automated billing, AI revenue insights, workout suggestions, fitness analytics, and related tools for gym owners, trainers, and members. The Platform operates as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• One gym registration per business entity
• You must promptly update any changes to your information

4. Subscription & Payments

• Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as chosen
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and exclusive of applicable taxes
• Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30-day advance notice
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

5. AI Features Disclaimer

ZIDFIT's AI features, including revenue insights, workout suggestions, and analytics, are provided as decision-support tools. They are based on data analysis and historical patterns. While we strive for usefulness, AI-generated insights are not guaranteed and should not be the sole basis for business or health decisions. Always consult qualified professionals for critical decisions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform — including AI models, algorithms, software, text, graphics, logos, and designs — are owned by ZIDFIT and protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform without written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

ZIDFIT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Platform will cease. You may export your data within 30 days of termination. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
